Keith P. Bell, CPA
Keith P. Bell, CPA is a native of the United Kingdom, and was educated in Illinois at Bradley University. He began his accounting career before graduation with one of the large national CPA firms in Chicago and moved Georgia in 1963. Since that time Keith's practice has evolved into an advisory and a hands-on involvement in entity structuring, estate planning and tax controversy issues. Keith is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants, and is licensed to practice in Georgia and Florida. Keith is an avid chorister and part time soloist in various church and community chorales. He has been a member of Hope Lutheran Church Board of Directors for the last eight years and served as treasurer during that time. Prior to moving to North Georgia in 1994 with his wife, Barbara, he was also active in church activities in Atlanta.
 
Dawn M. Rugh, CPA
Dawn Rugh, CPA  is the Firm's Managing Partner and a native of Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. Dawn moved to Georgia in 1984 and graduated from Kennesaw State University with a BBA in Accounting and was Certified in the State of Georgia in 1998 and Florida in 2006. Dawn began private practice in 1999 and joined the firm of Bell, Rugh & Logan, LLC in 2001. She specializes in small business tax & consulting, and is a Certified QuickBooks Pro Advisor. She is a member of the Georgia & Florida Societies of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Dawn lives with her husband Kirk, in Ellijay, GA. She enjoys the outdoors, gourmet cooking and traveling with her husband.
